How do I contact Alldelight?

How soon do you respond to e-mail?

Our standard answer is "Within one working day." Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. During normal business hours, we will answer your questions much more quickly.

What are your regular business hours?

Our business hours are 9am to 4pm (PST) Monday thru Friday. Feel free to contact us anytime. We check mail even after business hours.

If I change my mind after I receive a movie from you can I return it for a refund?

Yes, as long as it is still a brand new movie purchased directly from us, unopened and in its original packaging. Movie must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You, of course, must pay all shipping cost plus a 15% handling/restocking fee. If you have opened the packaging, you can always use our exchange program.

What will my credit card billing statement read?

All transactions will be billed by “Third World Media”

What if I have a special request?

You can let us know by entering all information here.

How long will it take to process my order?

We will process your order immediately after receiving. All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 days. If you preorder a title, we will ship it to you when the title is released.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all orders via USPS First Class and Priority in discreetly packed padded bubble mailers, USPS boxes and plain brown boxes depending on the quantities of DVDs.

Do you charge tax on orders?

Only if you are resident of California; If so, 9% sales tax will automatically be added to your order before checking out.
