Returns:
Any defective DVD may be returned for exchange only. Unless that title is out of stock and is not expected to be back in stock within 7 business days. Then the customer will be offered store credit. Unopened DVDs may be returned for store credit only. All returns must be accompanied with your invoice and be sent back to us within 30 calendar days. We recommend you test all products as soon as you receive them to be sure they are in perfect working condition.
Shipping charges on returned DVDs:
Defective products:
If your item is defective we will send you a replacement of the same title along with a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE). The SASE will be pre-dated and must be sent on or within 1 day of that dated label. USPS gets picky about such dated labels. If item you are retuning is not received by All Delight and tracking information doesn’t show "enroute" you will be billed for that product along with all associated shipping costs.
Unopened Products:
Customers returning unopened product(s) to All Delight will be given store credit less shipping charges. All Delight is not responsible for shipping charges back to All Delight.
Packaging:
All orders will be packed inside padded envelopes, USPS priority boxes and plain brown boxes. The shipping label will read All D and will include Delivery Confirmation.

We respect the privacy of all customers and will not share personal information with any third party. All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential.
