How long will it take to process my order?
We will process your order immediately after receiving. All orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 days. If you preorder a title, we will ship it to you when the title is released.

How do you ship your products?
We ship all orders via USPS First Class and Priority in discreetly packed padded bubble mailers, USPS boxes and plain brown boxes depending on the quantities of DVDs.
